Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
    • Items must include all original components, such as tags, certificates, and boxes.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Custom or personalized jewelry.
    • Gift cards.
    • Sale items or clearance products (if applicable).

Return Process

  1. Contact Us:
    Email us at contact@trovese.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Approval:
    Once your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on where to send your item(s).
  3. Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

  • Inspection:
    Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing Time:
    • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@trovese.com with photos of the damage and your order number.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or provide a refund if necessary.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or payment provider.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary.
