Clean your jewelry with water and a mild soap solution. Use a soft cloth for cleaning—avoid abrasive tools. Regular cleaning helps minimize residue buildup and keeps your jewelry shining every day. Your jewelry comes with a protective Trove pouch, perfect for safekeeping. Store your jewelry in a way that prevents contact between pieces to avoid scratches. A pouch or jewelry box with a soft, cushioned interior is ideal. Always ensure your jewelry is dry before storing it.
Our jewelry & waterproof quality comes from our advanced plating process. We use premium stainless steel, which is then coated with 18k gold through a technique called PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition).
This innovative plating method is ten times thicker than traditional gold plating, environmentally friendly, and employs a vacuum coating process that creates a highly durable finish. As a result, the jewelry is exceptionally resistant to wear and tear, making it virtually impervious to damage.
Each Trove order arrives in a Mailer box, with a separate jewelry pouch for every piece wrapped in a tissue paper & our signature Trove ribbon. We’re also proud to use eco-friendly packaging and recycled paper, ensuring our commitment to sustainability.

No. We currently offer shipping only within Canada and the US. We’re working on expanding our shipping model and will soon be offering worldwide shipping.
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please be aware that unforeseen delays may occur during fulfillment.
Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes between 5-12 days, depending on the destination and any potential delays.
